We are not just another fast fashion brand selling subpar quality clothes without a second thought. Every piece is made by hand, to order, for you.
Once you order, your package will reach you in just one to two weeks. We share email notifications every step of the way, from processing and manufacturing, to shipping.

Free Returns & Exchanges
In-Store Returns
Our studio is situated in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. You are welcome to visit, try new pieces for an exchange, get alterations done on your garment, or even get a refund.
Online Returns
Since we offer free shipping on all orders, we expect you to ship or drop off the item back to us. We cannot arrange for pickups but can guide you through the most affordable shipping options (INR 40-70). If you're exchanging the item, we will bear the cost of shipping items to you again, so you get free shipping again.
Timelines
The request for a return/exchange must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. The shipping of the product must be initiated within 3 days of raising the request. Please contact us in case you face any issues.
Our Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for size issues and damaged/wrong product delivered (unboxing video required).
We do not accept returns or exchanges on exclusive custom orders (custom fabric, color, design, etc.). We accept these orders via Instagram DMs and notify you of this when you place an order. However, you may send the piece back to us if you want size alterations done, we will be happy to help.
